Rock phenomenon "Wonderful rocks” are located on the right bank of the river Kamchia near village Asparuhovo." Wonderful rocks "are really very beautiful and impressive rock composition. Take the form of sharp, high cones and pyramids. Viewed from afar, they are like an ancient tumble-down Castle.
The phenomenon consists of three arrays, along their whole length were dug three tunnels through which the road path made of crushed stones. As seen from the main road, the rocks often attract travelers that weaned to enjoy the view. The site has free access.
If you are keen on rock climbing, you should know that Wonderful rocks are not suitable for this sport because they are very loose. But very close to them are another massive rocks, which are equipped with 18 routes for rock climbing from sixth to tenth category.
The proximity of the rocks near the dam makes it possible to combine a visit to landmarks in fishing or to make a pleasant picnic in nature.
