Hut " Demyanitsa" is located in the Pirin 1895 m altitude . It is surrounded by pine forest in the area of confluence of rivers Strazhishka , Vassilashka and Valiavishka . The main building is a massive building on two floors. There are 14 bungalows outside. Total storage capacity of the chalet is 217 beds , of which 175 are located in the main building , while the remaining 42 bungalows . Hut "Demyanitsa " is electrified by its own hydroelectric generator, water and channeled, heated by solid fuel. There is an outside bathroom . In the hut there working year-round restaurant and bar . Near the hut " Demyanitsa" has the campsite, where the oldest building in the Pirin Mountains. The road leading to the cabin is accessible by car only in summer. The hut can be reached on foot from the town of Bansko approximately 4.30 hours along a marked trail .
