Villa "Sunrise" is located on the southern beach town of Byala, Varna region ( central part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast ). The villa is about 400 meters from the beach, but due to the sloping terrain has extensive sea views. Located in a quiet area 800 meters from the city center. Nearby are restaurants, fast food and shops. For those who wish to prepare their own meals, there is fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. 2.5 miles away is the fishing port "Chaika" where you can always find fresh fish. The villa has its own parking for 6 cars.

Near the house is the south beach of Byala. The beach is long, not very wide golden sand. The central part of the beach is guarded, but without umbrellas and beach fees. In the right end of the beach is Cape "St. Atanas" - narrow beach with a rocky seabed. Place suitable for scuba divers, snorkelers and fishermen. Next to the beach there are two free car parking for those who do not like going.

Nearby is the natural landmark "White Rocks" , and one of the longest beaches on the Black Sea "Kara dere". These places are a paradise for lovers of pure nature.
