Fairy Waterfall Devin

At the west end of the town, in the right side of Devin River, about 2 km from the complex Struilitsa - two mineral pools and sand volleyball. The road continues in an ever-tightening of the river valley. After about 30 minutes walk leads to a small lawn with a fountain. Here the road ends and a narrow bridge and steps on the adventure trail, built in the gorge.

Enters the protected area " The valleys of the river Devin." With beautiful bridges eco trail it winds between the rocks and stones over pools of water flooded. So after about 45 minutes leads to a small meadow at the northern end of the marked trail begins leading to the ruins of medieval Bulgarian fortress overhanging high above the river valley of Devin.

From the castle continues east and then very steep descent to set foot again on ecotrail Struilitsa.

Here in the vicinity of the fort is the highest waterfall in the region, rising nearly 70 meters from the ground. Recently discovered waterfall is higher than 10 meters from the waterfall "Orpheus" located in the canyon of waterfalls near Smolyan.

It is associated with legends of fairies discoverers of natural phenomenon named it "Fairy waterfall."
