Mount Etropolska Baba

Mount Etrolopska Baba is 1787 meters high and is the second highest peak in Etropol Stara Planina . Located in the municipality of Etropole, Sofia district , 9 km south of Etropole . At the very top is a military base, with limited access , but visitors can climb freely to western part .

There are several ways to reach the peak Etropolska Baba. The road from Murgana goes west to the saddle between Peak Murgana and Mount Chelopechka baba. Is the most beautiful part of the Stara Planina - Etropole pinnacles . North almost otvestni slopes descend to the pit Elatsite and south mountain rises steeply above the village Mirkovo .
