Gabarevo village , also known as "Village with 100 spouts " because of the large number of springs in the area , is located near the town of Pavel Banya in Balkan valleys . Here is one of the monuments of Bulgarian liberation - house of a rich family Dzhananovi .
Vasil Dzhananov known entrepreneur and activist for freedom, first met people from the region with the lamp , metal stoves , manual turntable with funnel and music slabs of Vienna. In 1869 Apostle visited Gabarevo at the request of Dzhananov remained three days in the house and after initially collected 24 followers based Gabarevo revolutionary committee chaired by Vasil Dzhananov . During the April uprising house was used for the armory of rebel troops , and a year later was burned by Turkish troops. Dzhananoviyat home with yard lifetime of its owner , occupies a huge space , out of three streets - to the south , west and north , and the neighboring house - east today to " communicate " with the door ( Cacak ) . In its present shape was built in 1882 in Baroque Revival style . The interior is typical in the middle of the lounge floor ( kata ) and symmetrically on both sides in two rooms. The entrance from the south is a staircase with two symmetrical wings with an iron railing. It is covered with a beautiful curve - " rocker " carried by two columns. It was built on the model of Morfov house in Stara Zagora - the father's house of the great Bulgarian opera singer Christina Morfova - it's almost kind of authentic and from the mid 19th century. Ordinance is traditionally Bulgarian combined with heavy Viennese furniture in some rooms and baroque curves along the high walls into ceilings . Great impression and portraits of Botev and Levski in the guest room - photo copies of portraits of famous lithographs . The ground floor was turned into a kind of museum of the Apostle , " Hall of confidence " as it is called in Gabarevo . Dzhananovata house was restored by the Plovdiv Institute for Monuments of Culture and was declared a historical and architectural monument . 15 December 1984 was officially opened as a museum " Vasil Levski " . 1992 Bulgarian Committee " Vasil Levski " and Pavel banya Municipality organize it every year on July 18th birthday celebration of the Apostle .
