Dam Gorni Dubnik is one of the largest dams in Northern Bulgaria by its area reached 11,800 hectares. Located 30 km from Pleven and 130 km from the capital, between the villages of Gorni Dubnik and Telish. Its water is used mainly for irrigation and industrial water supply .
