Price: Great Ikuna is one of the highest peaks of the Ihtiman forest ( 1221 m ) - located in Belishka share. Great place for photo tourism after work. Length: 9 km . Time: ~ 2-3 hours Difficulty : Easy .
The approach is an old road, but a car easily passes . The peak itself Ikuna lies within a former division , but access is not a problem . Fence had rotted pierced in several places. The road is almost flat and hardly hamper even lazy person and panoramas are beautiful in their own way , especially in the September evenings. Visit the ruins of the former hut " Jordan Kiskinov " long- only memory of the glory days of organized tourism . Nature is very beautiful and has outstanding panoramic views of the Rila and Stara Planina. Golyama Rakovitza village ( 630 m asl) is located in a small valley extension opened by the influx of Flat River , Lopushna and Drazhman , about 40 km east of Sofia. Southwestern edge of the village almost touches the tail of the lake " Ognianovo ." Nestled between the triggers of Vakarelska Belica and mountains , it is a favorite spot for fishing , water sports and short holidays . To " Aramliets " main route is along the river Lopushna . Upstream from the center and southeast pass along cliff Belikovets . From the remarkably straightforward and deep river valley is scattered over a kilometer suburbs . Then, the valley is further narrowed . About 1.30 pm to reach old forest huts and hay, and then another 1 hour out of the ' upper huts ' and old residential building (so called " mountain hut" ) on the right bank . This is where the climb to the southeast and through pine forest leads to the Yonkin rat . Continues along the ridge and north of Little ikuna peak ( 1,188 m ) for 1 hour climb Mount Big ikuna and more 0.30 am to go down to " Aramliets ." The route is marked by its displacement is about 590 m
