Guest House "Sava Cupetsa" was built between 1855 - 1860 years by Sava Djendov Cupetsa - rich merchant of Zheravna. The house is built on two floors initially only the first floor is suitable for living, and the second remains unfinished.

House Sava Cupetsa was built in the late Revival style and is one of the largest houses in Zheravna in exterior and interior organization premises shall architectural tradition of Arbanassi houses. The guest house has two spacious halls, fireplace of the two east rooms on the first floor, inside toilet and sink. The house is registered in the PPC as a cultural monument "House Sava Cupetsa" Zheravna .

Today the house of Sava Cupetsa was restored and converted into a guest house.

The house has 7edinichni rooms and 1 suite, beautifully landscaped yard, outdoor pool, and a spacious dining room for guests and visitors. Each room in the guest house is luxuriously furnished and has a large and comfortable bedrooms, satellite TV with 62 channels, fridge - minibar and bathroom with hairdryer and fan, shower and bath.
