It is typical Zheravna house, a monument of culture and architecture, located on the main tourist street in the center of the village and architectural reserve.

House is a typical arrangement of the rooms and a 300- year history. After the restoration and establishment of an hotel, it has become a unique blend of country spirit of the past and the luxury of the present.

Guestrooms are 5 - one bedroom, one bedroom plus bed, two triples and triple studio - each decorated in a style combining comfort and luxury with authentic folklore and originality. Each of the rooms has a private bathroom , mini- bar, safe deposit boxes , satellite TV ( Bulsatcom ). All rooms are fully preserved architectural style, with handmade items and woodcarvings. On the first floor are two rooms , toilets and common Zheravna living room with authentic decor, fireplace with living flame and a large mensofa - excellent place for meetings, talks and tables. On the second floor are three of the five rooms, a huge verandah with a coffee area and open-air bed mensofa. Heating is organized by local heating. The hotel has an autonomous power supply, covering his needs electricity when needed.
