Ambaritsa Hut

Ambaritsa is tucked around the picturesque slopes of the northern Balkan Mountains, in the area of Dulgi dyal, which is east of Mount Momina mound. There are two buildings, which together can accommodate up to 110 people . One is the old cabin - it has two massive, with fifty-nine beds and outdoor bathrooms . And the new and old building with good water supply , electricity and heating with solid fuel. Tourism has a kitchen , dining room and a canteen .

Ambaritsa is a wonderful starting point for transition to many places of interest in the area. Tops Levski Ambaritsa ( 2,166 m ) are about two hours away and peak Golyam Kupen ( 2169 ) and the rock bridge Branded hole is three hours leisurely walking . Nearby are many other lodges :

Vasil Levski - 4.30h . ; Yavorova bow - 2.00h . ; Dermenka - 5.30h . ; Hubavets - 4.00h ;

Dobrila - 3.00h . , Pleven - 6.00 hours in Great Kupen tops and Tortoise .

All trails are marked and for further instructions you can ask chalet hosts . The hut can be reached in several ways. One is in the village of Cherni Osam area mingled . It takes about three hours walk along a marked trail . Also from Karlovo - 6 hours in Hubavets and Sopot, in the chair lift . Come hut well, and from there a well defined path. From there it passes through the fragrant , forest and the road winds to higher ground . Crosses the upper reaches of Cherni Osam not taking over the path merge two streams that form the river Chatalchuchur . Pass through the western foot of Mt Levski and reaches hill Kumanitsa . After winding turns and climb dry gully path continues northeast and after some time walking on it leads to the junction where a pillar marking and signs . South is the trail of bodies and Botev peak , and Platneshki Yarove it a trail of Vasil Levski hut . Another trail also marched south through Hubavets can down the aforementioned path to Karlovo .

From there, go down on Debeli dyal and Ambaritsa is already visible. This route takes about two hours and a half.
