Route Klisura - Echo Hut

Hiking from Klissura ( Karlovo , Plovdiv District) to mountain hut "Echo" begins in the city center, from square" April 20 ." Here is assumed to Borimechkata monument located on a hill above the city. When you reach the junction , the road splits into three , the route to the chalet "Echo" , which is marked with two white and yellow stripe in the middle , leaving a secondary node.

Only about a hundred yards to the right of the bridge to the northeast , pay dirt road that quickly enters Klisurski picturesque mountains. From the outset of the transition route offers plenty of beautiful and varied scenery - huge cliffs , deep river channels , overhanging Stara Planina ridge north softness of the Mountain and Rose Valley to the south ...

Imperceptibly path starts climbing and elongated serpentine climb the Krivulite , reaching the middle of the area Wicked Dol eponymous river where it ends . The distance from the starting point here is about an hour and a half. Hence you should take the path that after only a hundred meters crosses romonyashto stream ( a tributary of Evil dol ) . At this point you need to be careful not to drift to the right on a dirt road.

The route turns left and begins a short but steep climb until it reaches the open meadow covered with brambles and bushes. Soon leads to the left tributary of Evil dol, where the trail climbs more gently sloping in a nice forest. After a while the trail reaches a relatively short but very steep ridge climb.

The trail gradually separated from the ridge shortcutting at the top of the northeast . Steep part ends in a small saddle , beneath mighty slopes of the ridge Garvanitsa plunging to the southeast.

Once you pass the saddle , the trail takes to the northwest , and the slope is now smaller , passing through mixed forest to emerge on a large meadow with panoramic views. From going through equal crossing over a right tributary of Flat River and out in the open alpine pasture .

Then the trail passes dilapidated former livestock buildings, water catchment and out of another collapsed building - Rozinskata dairy. From here go north through the meadow ridge from which the smooth and climb on the main ridge to the monument of Nikola Karadjov . You can reach there after about 40 minutes , then continues east -northeast on a flat grassy area.

When you reach the area Upper Windy Preslap from which shortcuts peak Fist and reaches a hut "Echo" .
