The complex is located in the beautiful scenery on the River " Vurbitsa " on fork to Kardzhali, Momchilgrad and Djebel, 5 km. of Kurdjali and 4 km . from the Momchilgrad.

The complex has 15 bedrooms and 7 double rooms . 3 of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi, tubs and whirlpool. All rooms are equipped with all modern amenities.

The restaurant has three rooms. Inside a small hall has a barbecue and has a capacity of 40 people. The second hall has a capacity of 50 seats. Three representative hall is suitable for large corporate parties, christenings, weddings and has a capacity of 250 seats in the winter and 350 seats in the summer. The capacity of the complex during the summer is over 1,000 seats.

The uniqueness of the complex is complemented by a fountain filled with live fish for customers who want fresh cooked fish, the conference room has a capacity of 50 beds, pool bar overlooking the river "Vurbitsa" tables located on terraces with spectacular views of the river "Vurbitsa", waterfall pouring into the river will calm and relax after the hectic life of the big city, a large swimming pool, children's pool, open-air jacuzzi.
