Price: "Pirin" chalet is situated in the valley of " Demirkapiyska river" in the Pirin Mountains at an altitude of 1630 meters . It was built in 1934 and changed its name several times . It was originally called " Velebit " , named after the Croatian mountain . Not long after being renamed " three rivers " , named after the area where it is located. Current name adopted only in 1945.
The hut is a massive three-storey building with a total bed capacity of approximately 80 people . The beds are divided into twelve rooms with four to six beds. The hut has electricity and water . Bathrooms and toilets are outside and the heating is done by solid fuel stoves . The chalet has a kitchen and dining room . Managed by the tourist company "Pirin eagle " Melnik. Hut "Pirin" is part of the European route 'E - 4 " .
As starting points hut "Pirin" accept or Melnik Pirin village . By the Melnik has a choice between walking along a marked trail , which takes about 6.00 hours by road or to place " Lopovo " dirt road with a length of 28 km combined with walking , which is approximately 1.30 hours .
