Villa "Mandolina" is located in the "Pobit kamak" area, only thirty kilometers from Sofia towards the village of Novi Han . Villa "Mandolina" was built under the Programme for Rural Development 2007-2013, with the financial support of "European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development - Europe investing in rural areas".

It is furnished and fully equipped, suitable for various family gatherings, company parties in various forms of rent - short and long term.

The villa accommodates 14-15 people, divided into 1 studio with kitchenette and dining area, 2 suites, one double, the other for four people and three rooms with two beds. The studio and one bedroom has additional sleepers. Each dormitory has its own bathroo , and the bathrooms in the suites are luxuriously furnished, one with bathtub, cable internet and a balcony. The guests is varied white and small kitchen equipment. Audio and video equipment consists of 55 - inch 3D TV and Hi-Fi system. The villa has a fireplace, a small room with table tennis, cable internet, digital TV.

The price for renting the whole villa is 700 Levs for weekend (two or three nights).
