Route Ivan Vazov hut - Samoranov...

The route from the hut " Ivan Vazov " for village Samoranovo (municipality Dupnitsa, Kyustendil District ) is one of the easiest to that starting point . The hut is quite rightly considered one of the most difficult in the territory of Rila mountain, as there is no road to the road and away from the lifts and major tourist flows. While its position is very strategic because it is starting or intermediate point for many of the most popular routes in Rila.

From " Ivan Vazov " begin to climb the south and after about an hour we reach the saddle between Otovishki peak ( 2696 m altitude in the east ) and Seymenski Stone ( 2666 m ), to which we take. The slope is relatively gentle . Is oblique and wide were in that head to the saddle before the rocky Birds peak ( 2536 m ) .

Ascent also no difficulty , then sloping down to the saddle before Black Peak ( 2356 m ), which is also the last big this was . From him descend with moderate slope to the north, as a guide can serve brick building at the foot . Once you arrive , continue to the northwest and reach the open area without landmarks where the slope becomes very steep. Run down the large lawn that juts into the forest .

In the lower left corner of the lawn starts blue marking hut " Otovitsa ." In winter and spring should be very careful , because the place is avalanche . From our mark indicates turning right to go diagonally across the slope , but soon re- directed straight down. The trail passes through several meadows and need to be careful about marking.

After a descent we reach a large meadow , which is again a brick building , but in pretty bad shape . This is the point at which several lines leave roads , but we must not deviate from the path that continues still straight down. Only a hundred yards then reach horizontal road that must continue right.

The road descends gradually , describing several coils and reaches a large turnout . To go to the hut " Otovitsa " must take on the rightmost path. It is likely , however, to go astray on many roads and go into the hut , where we must take a new road located over the Otovitsa . Soon we pass the rest home , and shortly after that we find ourselves in the suburbs of Samoranovo .
