Pantheon is located in the old cemetery of the town of Ruse, in the Park Revival. Pantheon of National Revival was erected in memory of the Bulgarians gave their lives for the freedom of Bulgaria. It is a monument ossuary holding the bones of 453 people revolutionaries who participated in the Russo-Turkana War (1877-1878), cultural rebels and educationists. The monument was inaugurated on February 28, 1978 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the liberation of Bulgaria from Ottoman rule. In 2000, the pantheon was built a chapel and museum documentary exhibition.
