Resort "Semkovo" is located 17 kilometers from the city Belitsa, nestled at the foot of Rila. To Semkovo leads to a picturesque mountain road, the mountain is located on the broad meadows, surrounded by spruce and pine forests. The northwest and north of the resort is beautiful series of towering peaks, this reveals an impressive view of the majestic peaks of Pirin and Rila mountains. Over the resort at an altitude of 1750 meters is Semkovo hut.
In the area of Semkovo there are four trails - "Temple of Eternity," "Mystery of the Peat", "Traces of the glacier," "Lord of the mountains." In marked hiking trails leading to Vapski cirque lakes Polejansko and Dry Lake cirque, Skalishkite lakes and Chernopoljanski cirque lakes, hut "Macedonia".
One of the most interesting places in the region is the Dancing Bears Park in Belitsa. In the area of Semkovo and biking, which are of varying length and difficult.
Semkovo is the ski resort of eight ski runs with total length of 4 km. The pistes are served by eight drag lifts.
