Price: The route is a combination of two routes , but we present them as one, because most of the transition overlaps . Mountain adventure begins in the center of the Pirin village Senokos ( Simitli Municipality , Blagoevgrad ) situated close to the borders of the National Park "Pirin". Although the permanent population is 40 people , it is an attractive destination for tourism and preferred starting point for climbing the northernmost peak of the mountains - with the same name Pirin ( 2593 meters altitude ) .
The transition starts at the fountain on the plaza in Senokos and follows the main road to reach the river gorge . Just before the bridge , the route diverges to the left and climbs following black dirt road . In his route passes through neighborhoods Garkovtsi and Papchiovtsi whose few houses are picturesque scattered on mountainside .
Before reaching Minovtsi neighborhood , the route diverges to the left of the dirt road and began a steep climb , following a horse trail . This is the most difficult part of the transition. For about an hour the track climbs the hills and down into valleys , passing through increasingly dense forest. Reaching the area Arnautski meadows , the trail comes out of the dirt road from Senokos in the area width , but soon deviates to the left , taking a steep dirt road .
The route crosses the river at a place which forms a picturesque waterfall . Brief transition before reaching the area Voditza where equipped vacation spot. Here is the place where you separate the two paths .
The first route is marked with yellow and follows a dirt road to reach after about 15 minutes to area Shirinata (Width), offering beautiful panoramic views . This is the end point . With a normal move distance takes about five hours , and the difficulty of the route is slightly above average . This does not mean that it is suitable only for experienced mountaineers . On the contrary , the conditions are excellent and there are many places for rest or shelter in the event of a sudden deterioration in the weather .
The second option is marked in red and Voditza climbs steeply through the pine forest , and then takes in the open, now more oblique , space. The route passes through nettles - a small clearing with the remains of an old cow- and piled huge boulders that can provide shelter in case of storm.
This is the place where the trail enters the territory of the National Park "Pirin" and takes us to the place Bayovi chukar . The length of the route from Senokos to Shirinata around 7:00 hours, the last part the transition is relatively difficult.
