Dramatic Theatre Vasil Drumev

Drama Theatre - Shumen and Puppet Theatre " Patilancho " were united in Dramatic Theatre "Vasil Drumev" - Shumen. At present the theater are two departments - drama and puppet - with a total staff numbers 85 people , 30 of which are creative individuals. For 2005 were made over 300 performances, attended by about 27 thousand viewers and revenue from tickets exceeding 68 thousand Levs. For 2005, the team has made more than 140 tours across the country with his performances , including the national tour of " Misunderstood Civilization " devoted 150 YEARS BULGARIAN THEATRE . Same performance received the " Icarus " for male role of the actor Nikolai Ouroumov and Shumen Award for overall performance . With a collective prize was awarded Shumen team play " Wolves and Sheep " by A.N.Ostrovski and the same staging guest director of Russia Boris Golubitskiy receive individual awards of Shumen. In the period 20 - 30 September 2005 the theater has successfully toured Russia with visits to the stage of the State Academic Theatre " I.S.Turgenev " - gr.Orel and the Palace of Culture of the twin city of Shumen - Podolsk .
