Price: This is one of the tourist routes with the highest degree of difficulty on the southern coast. Its length is serious, about 20 km and an additional challenge for tourists is a rough terrain , straightening them to unexpectedly for seemingly small displacement challenge.
The track encircles the area of Sinemorets. It is situated on a peninsula in the granting the Black Sea south of the mouth of Veleka . Currently Sinemorets is one of many attractive destinations for summer tourism on the southern coast. This is not only because of its beautiful scenery and its relatively clean , comfortable beaches, but also the many archaeological finds from ancient times , which have been found near the village (eg Bay Potamia ) .
Sinemorets enter into the territory of Bulgaria after the Balkan wars , when the southern coast and Strandja are connected according to the post-war treaties. Then the population is employed mainly in agriculture , cattle and charcoal-burning . Very attractive place for tourists in the vicinity of Sinemorets estuary Veleka , which formed a remarkable spit .
South of Sinemorets is one of the most beautiful places on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast - protected area " Silistar " . On its territory are beautiful, secluded beaches, rocky areas where nesting rare birds and wetland dense forest .
The route starts from Sinemorets and moves upstream Veleka , following the old road , running parallel to the river bed . Since the track can be divided into two and spend the night at about the middle of it , the best place for this Royal Well , located about 8 km from the starting point .
Along the route there are many panoramic views of the beach and Strandja depths . Following the bed of Veleka reaches the Brodilovo beautiful village at the foot of Mount Big Papi a former volcano ( 501 m altitude ) . Here tourists can enjoy the magical power of Strandja .
Near the village are the ruins of three castles and several medieval churches. At the very Brodilovo is located built in 1911, the church " St. Panteleimon ", which is a monument of culture. Beside it is built shelter where you can spend the night .
