We offer you a 2-storey separate house with a large yard, allowing you to park your cars there but leaving enough space for your kids to play. For your convenience there is also a barbeque.

The villa is about 150 meters away from the sea coast and about 700 meters from the better-known of the two beaches of Sinemoretz - Butamia. Each storey of the house has one apartment with its own entry, balcony and bathroom. In each apartment there are three beds and there can be added one more if necessary.

The first storey has a small kitchen.

On the second storey there is a refrigerator and you can make a light breakfast if you want.

Both apartments have cable television.

In June and September there is a 25% reduction in prices.
