Sliven - House - museum Mirkovich

Dr. Georgi Mirkovich is a Bulgarian revolutionary, physician and revival . Graduated medicine in Montpellier where he was decorated personally by Napoleon with a silver medal for the treatment of cholera during the epidemic in France. During the practice in France is oriented towards psychic and supersensible knowledge. After the liberation of Bulgaria returned to his hometown . George Mirkovic is one of the first three students of Dunov .

After his death Revival leave their property donated to charity , and his house is a museum of national importance. It houses a permanent exhibition of old Sliven artist Dobri Dobrev . On various occasions in connection with exhibitions and similar events in the house organize temporary exhibitions of famous Bulgarian and foreign artists , exhibitions of ancient and contemporary icons.
