Route Chuipetlovo - Buka Preslav...

This light and pleasant route has a duration of about three hours. Displacement is attractive to all mountain lovers who do not want to make great exercise - the climb is only 100 meters and descent - twice . From the center of Chuypetlovo heads to the east, you can choose one of several paths going up the slope. They all gather in the area Cayo - extensive plateau , part of the watershed, which is the boundary between the massifs of Yarlovski Kupen ( 2173 m altitude ) and Damian (also known by its old name Dauta , 1515 m ) .

Soon leads to a triple junction where the route continues south to Damian. The climb is not particularly difficult; slopes are covered with mixed forest, while the peak is naked and offers panoramic views of the Vitosha Southwest. Hence the path goes down to the saddle between it and Mount Golemi rid ( 1459 m ) , then shortcuts high for us out in the area Smilyo .

To Buka Preslav Saddle endpoint of the route and the southernmost point of Vitosha Mountain is reached by Balkan watershed which is oriented to the south. Start from the southern end of the meadow Smilyo. Soon the track deviates to the southwest and climb the saddle at high voltage poles . If you doubt the direction , you can use as a reference rock group with characteristic forms remaining to the left of the correct direction.

Hundred meters later reached the road connecting the village Yarlovo with Petrus peak ( 1454 m ). Departs on it and follow to the place where black dirt road coming against you, heading for the southwest region Petrus and glide to the area Manzuritsa . You can rest near the eponymous spring launching a stream. The transition continues along the ridge and then turns west to descend to Ushek area, which is located in an area of the river springs Krapechka ravine.

The route starts easy and pleasant ascent gully surrounds River Dalboki Dol and bypassed the junction to the village Dzhinchovtsi (right). Continues to the southeast, the orientation when walking on the side is greatly facilitated by the columns of the grid. They continue to follow the path all the way to the place Buka Preslav . It is a convenient starting point for hiking in Verila .
