West Park Sofia

Park West, also called " Smirnenski " is one of the largest parks in Sofia. It is situated between neighborhoods West Park , Lulin , Krasna Polyana, Sugar Factory, Gevgeliyski . Falls within the metropolitan area Ilinden . Suhodolska run through the park and the river passes the railroad for Pernik . The park is named and under Queen Joanna Boulevard subway station. The entrance to the park is from West Boulevard Slivnitza . At the end of the park is the place stinks . Advantage is its size , many paths and trails , giant trees and shade , and well- maintained paths . On the main street there are at - a lot of people because there is a fountain and lots of flowers. The park has benches , gazebos , playgrounds with swings and slides. Built and outdoor gym , table tennis and basketball courts . For the most part, the park looks more like a forest, incidentally is one of the " lungs " of the city. During the summer many people go there to refreshed and full of positive energy and cool . West Park is a quiet place for walking , sports or recreation. Of relaxation can make outings and picnics in the meadow across from the remotest groves .
