Route Stara Zagora - Chamurdzhik...

The starting point of the tourist route is Ayazmo Park ( " Metropolitan Methodius Kusev " ) and in particular an outside stadium " Beroe " . Transition is difficult , suitable for nature lovers of all ages , regardless of conditionals form in which they are located. May be undertaken by families with small children.

Stadium grabs the asphalt road to the north , which appears in "Dubrava" . Does not get to him, however , because as soon as the road pass shooting range , the route diverges to the left on a dirt road entering the pine forest. The route continues through the trees until it reaches dry coulee . Then leave the road ( which turns sharply to the south ) and goes on marking the northwest.

Starts steep but not very long climb to the saddle Dzhigera . Here the route takes in a wide , comfortable and flat dirt road running between houses , orchards and vineyards. Few turns us away from the saddle seven trails where on occasion the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Stara Zagora tourist "Surnena forest " under the big willow was built tourist fountain.

The place is suitable for a nice holiday or even picnics . The trail continues to the left , a dirt road with tourist signs for the pine trees growing on both sides . Soon the main direction of the track changes from west to northwest as east stays Kurtbunarski peak ( 574 m altitude ) . It reaches dol flat , gradually climbing grassy bottom.

When you get the end of the gorge , we must take a new path that goes east and climbs gently sloping wooded saddle where you can be seen the remains of a small monastery. Hence the route headed northwest along a marked dirt road that follows the border of the lawn . The track has a slight slope and through an old grove climbs to a wooded saddle . This is the place where the marked dirt road deviates to the right and soon brings us to the gorge , which is elongated lawn Mud place ( Chamurdzhik ) .

Here was built a large stone fountain. The area is very picturesque and " cozy " because it is protected from any natural disasters and could be visited during the colder months of the year. Suitable for pinkik or even tents and barbecue. The whole transition takes about two hours with a normal move. Return on same route.
