Puppet Theatre Targovishte

Puppet theater in Targovishte was created by a group of enthusiasts in January 1961 as an amateur group to Community Center "Progress ." From 10.01.1975 , the State was established as a puppet theater.

First premiered on 15.02.1961 years - play " Magic overshoe ."

About 47 years have been carried out and played more than 160 performances to more than 2.3 million viewers in the town of Targovishte in over 100 villages in the country and abroad.

The repertoire of the theater present works by classic and contemporary authors from Bulgarian and international puppet theater , and the national folklore.

Higher the prestige of the State Puppet Theatre Targovishte , captured during visits to Poland , Croatia , Spain, Germany, Russia , Pakistan, Belgium , Ukraine, Cuba , Serbia, Romania and Turkey.

Very proud of theater visit the scene of the TUE in Moscow , at the personal invitation of the author of " Nu Volk , had agreed " A.Kurlyandskiy . Show receives letter of gratitude from Sergei Exemplary .

High artistic level of the theater production has gained recognition and the audience and theater professionals of festivals and events in the country and abroad.

Titles interpret current and modern , scenography solutions are varied and high-impact , which determines the peculiar dynamic style of the performances .
