Nicodia Estate was built in 2012 with the financial assistance of the European Union’s cohesion fund. We offer our guests three separate self catered villas with a swimming pool, outside dining with barbeque and access to a service villa with a gym, sauna, hydromassaging hot tub and tavern. Each villa is fully equipped for a short and long term stay with a capacity of up to six residents during all seasons. In the summer our guests can use the pool and the amenities in the service villa as well as moutain bikes, ATVs, SUV and upon request a shuttle service and catering. In the winter the service villa is open throught the day for gym exercises, sauna and hot tub use or if you prefer to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the fireplace we will provide you with all the necessary fire wood.
