Asparuhovo beach

The beach area "Asparuhovo" is among the most enjoyable and preferred by locals and sea capital. Located in a quiet and secluded nature spot near the Cape Galata and Asparuh Park. The beach is surrounded by green areas, giving visitors the chance to hide in summer heatwaves.

Because clean air, unspoiled nature of the area and calm sea, the place is a favorite for families with young children. The area is quite large and is not occupied with umbrellas and sunbeds, which allows to find a quiet place and sit back. This makes this beach one of the few in the area of the city, not crowded during peak season.

You should be aware that Asparuhovo beach is not guarded by lifeguards and is not managed so that the coast is frequently gather seaweed and shells. Around, however, there are several cozy restaurants where you can cool off with a drink or eat. The beach is frequented mainly by people who are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the most popular destinations.

Here can be reached by regular bus from the central part of Varna. If you do have a car, you can stop the free parking near the beach. Nearby there is a nice park and volleyball and mini golf. Conditions for water sports, especially surfing and kite are excellent. The beach is built and surf school.
