Varshets Forest park

Varshetz urban park is located in the eponymous spa resort . Varshetz is located 400 meters above sea level along the river Botunya in northwestern Bulgaria . Spread the northern slopes of the Western Balkan at the foot of Mount Todorini kukli. It is situated 30 km south from the town of Montana , about 30 km east of Vratsa and 90 km north of the capital.

The city park was built a hundred years ago in the center of spa resort Varshets the joint efforts of local people under the guidance of first bathing physician Dr. Damyan Ivanov. Is located 5 minutes from downtown. Started by avenue of plane trees on both sides of which there are many houses built in the 30s . The interior is complemented by wood-carvings , sculptures , Roman steps and gazebo goddess of health care products.
