Balchik Tuzla

Balchishka Tuzla called Tuzla is coastal lake, known for its mud properties. It became part of the health resort bearing the same name. It is located about 5 km. north of the town of Balchik , very close to the coastline . Balchishka Tuzla Lake is a lagoon formed by a landslide and the mineral water springs nearby. Healing mud, which it forms is used in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, gynecological, skin and joint problems , problems with the peripheral nervous system and spine. Lake water is very salty , almost as much as the Dead Sea.
