The complex is located at 1190 meters altitude in the area Usana , which is located in the Central Balkan Mountains twenty- five kilometers from the town of Gabrovo. The area is wonderful for hiking , whether on foot or on wheels. Nature is remarkable and probably thrown in ecstasy every photographer seeking sites for their art .

The chalet offers activities indoors - billiards and table football and bicycles tired of hiking . By prior agreement can ride horses or play paintball .

At sufficiently large groups organize hiking to the top of Shipka, Ifrit and Mazalat and the geographical center of Bulgaria . They included a picnic .
