Ethnographic complex "Kulata"

The tranquil atmosphere of the old Kazanlak houses can be felt in the Ethnographic complex "Tower", which is located about 1km from the city center, before the park Tyulbeto. Beautiful white church on the northern edge of the small square and neatly arranged around the houses and small shops give old-fashioned atmosphere of this revival of the city. Today hospitable housekeeper will meet you at the pink cup liqueur and rose jam in the courtyard and will tell you about past and present of Kazanlak. Now a museum, and once known as Hadzhienov the house in ethnographic complex belonged to the wealthy rose-oil producers. Upon entering your visitors will see a shed located next to "gyulpana (primitive rose) and a unique collection of agricultural tools and implements. The house is set amidst a garden of trees, box tree and bush. In architectural terms it is asymmetrical, two-storey. The first level are workplaces and basement and second floor has a large veranda with outdoor kiosks and 3 rooms - kitchen, bedroom and living room. In the next yard flower garden is among the rural house cuddled. In the small window, the light shining colorful containers on the shelves, colorful rugs and pillows. Next old shop offering products of oil rose and creations of craftsmanship, but against him are the masters - luthiers and mednikarskata workshop. In the ethnographic complex can be seen from many local rituals and traditional celebrations upon request.
