Villa Nirvana is located at the south slopes at the foot of the Ihtiman Sredna Gora, 75 km. from Sofia, only 45 min. from the busy capital.

The villa is with south and south-east exposition, looking out on the valley of river Ochushnitza, r. Maritza, Kostenetz, Sredna Gora and Rila mountain.

Villa Nirvana accommodates a big lounge, dining room, kitchen and three luxurious bedrooms, each one with separate bathroom: bedroom North, bedroom Rila and bedroom Sredna Gora.

At the vast garden of green lawn you can find two terraces (east and south), a BBQ, a beach ,a 10m x 4,5 m. swimming pool, outside showers.

Located on the first floor are the entrance-hall, the lounge, the dining-room, the kitchen, a separate toilet and bedroom “North”.

From the spacious entrance-hall you can take the stairs, leading to the second floor. The dining room has a table suitable for 8 people and is separated by a bar from the comfortable and luxurious kitchen, equipped with all you might need. The lounge is cozily furnished with a sitting area, TV set, liquor cabinet and a fireplace. Place for join relaxation. It has east exposure and there is a direct entrance to the outside veranda with the BBQ, the swimming pool and the garden.
