Route Bosnek - Chuipetlovo village

The length of this light and pleasant route is about three hours. Ascent along its approximately 620 and descent - 230 m . The route starts from the center of the Pernik village Bosnek located on the western slopes of Vitosha . Walk along the broad road that leads to the north, upstream of Dobri Dol . The climb is slightly several times passes alternately on one and then the other side. It got to the point where gather Shamako and Jivata Voda - two initial flow of Dobri Dol .

Here we go down the path that follows the stream of Jivata voda ( average flow) in which only a few minutes later his left tributary flows Studen izvor. Ten minutes after the influx leads to the cave system, which is also named Jiva Voda.

This name is due to unexplained variations in the rate of water gushing from the karst spring located at the entrance of the cave system. Usually the " drainage " of the spring last about a minute, but at the hot and dry months arrive within the hour. Of course, when heavy rainfall, drainage ceased and the source only slightly changed its flow . For thousands of years it was considered sacred and its water for healing . Even during the XVII century Ottoman traveler called it Fountain of Happiness. The time now is captured and can be seen the curious phenomenon with which we associate it .

In Jiva Voda is collected paths from villages Bosnek, Kladnitsa and Chouipetlovo . The route runs from the lower spring after an excellent dirt road in an easterly direction along the left slope. Hundred meters later leads to a junction where you must choose the left direction. After about a kilometer track takes us to a new crossroad, again having to go to the left.

Crossing a small ravine and climb the opposite slope. Just after the right deviation to be drawn soon, and out of view meadow. The trail continues its upper southeastern end. About a quarter of an hour later comes in a large bare room, east of visible rounded grassy hill Aslanov peak ( 1478 m altitude ) .

Here again crossed several paths leading in different directions - Chouipetlovo and Bosnek , Jiva Voda , Peak Krusta and Valley of Matnitsa River. The route shortcuts right peak Aslanov hill, makes a turn to the east and brings us to the fountain near where we can relax for a while. It to our final point Chouipetlovo village takes about half an hour in a very nice area.
