Route Chuipetlovo walk

This route is known among locals as Chuypetlovsko varvishte as it has in the past served as the shortest link between the villages Chouipetlovo (municipality of Pernik, ) and Plan ( Sofia Municipality ) . The road was preferred for commercial relations between the two villages that were booming in the last centuries of Ottoman rule in the Bulgarian lands. The length of the route is about two and a half hours , and the displacement - 630 meters .

Chuypetlovo ( Plana ) walk starts from Chouipetlovo village and passing through the area of ​​Cayo and southern slopes of Mount Yarlovski Kupen ( 2173 meters altitude ) reach the saddle between the peaks Siva Gramada (2003 m ) and Voychinov ridge (1877 m). From on old dirt roads leading to the area of ​​Yarema, and hence to the village Plana.

Start from the center of Chuypetlovo and go east, where steep mountainside climb several unmarked trails.
