Cycle route Lokvata area - Velin...

The starting point of this relatively difficult but short (fourteen km) route, near the resort area tribes, sheltered by some of our most beautiful and famous mountains. Departs two kilometers northwest of it in off the main road between the tribes and the area Torishkata.

Initially follows the forest road to Lokvata, whose name comes from the fact that in most of the warmer months the area is waterlogged. The track gradually rises, reaching a small saddle tucked away on the western slopes of Mount Chernovets (Arapchal, 1834 m altitude). Here you can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding peaks, valleys and forests. For reference you can use the abandoned wooden shelter, although unlikely to lose here, as the route is perfectly recognizable.

It starts from the shelter and tight downhill towards the city. In fact, the top slope is relatively small and the route moves along a well marked trail, moving away gradually from the peak Chernovets. Over time, however, the descent becomes steeper and the route takes us into the saddle Samara. Here you must be careful not to deviate and take a forest road going down the left.

After a short climb and a long descent, many offering panoramic views and through wooded terrain, the route leads to the area Slaveevi rocks, which also impresses with its picturesque. The route passes through Bulin Chair as a guide can be used electric power transmission line. In this area you can have a short rest or even sleep because the shelter was built cozy fireplace.

From the shelter continues to the south, in the beginning the track you through the forest, so you need to watch out for marking. When you reach the clearly delineated path follows a steep descent to the beautiful valley of the River Bulb, where is easy to reach the quarter "Kamenica" of Velingrad.
