Zagrajden Ecotrail

Zagrazhden trail is located near the village Zagrajden. It can be reached by way of Asenovgrad-Smolyan and turn left towards the town of Lucky and Cross Forest. Just after the junction for Cross Forest and reaches the village of Belitsa. It is way in poor condition which long Zagrazhden village. From there catch Zagrazhden trail.

She is very beautiful with many wooden bridges over the River Zagrazhden. There are many water pads as the biggest waterfalls are both "Purgatory" and "Kozarnika." The route is circular and has a length of 13 km. At the lowest end, then places Walnuts and Old Mill, a gazebo where you can enjoy the waterfalls. From here start and bridges, platforms waterfalls, cascades and gorges of the River Zagrazhden. It is a series of waterfalls after which you can relax in the gazebo area Kozarnika. Further down the path is "Purgatory" - a narrow rock crevice, in which according to legend only just passed. Local guides will tell stories about these places.
