House "pavlovi Home" is located in the picturesque village Zaychari, the margin between Sliven and Elena mountain, not far from the old capital Veliko Tarnovo. The village is unique in that it is not in the valley, and is built on the southern slope of a hill with spectacular views of the foothills of Mount Vratnik. The place is quiet, 4 km from the main road and consists mainly of villas. The house is secluded at the bottom of the village with only a view of the mountain - a great opportunity for peace and for parties, no worries from neighbors.
The house has two floors 75 m2. It consists of 2 bedrooms, restaurant and kitchen on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a large living room on the second ; 2 bathrooms - one on each floor. There is a gazebo and restored barn as a separate room for the wood shed and car parking .
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, gas hob, sink with instantaneous water heaters and tables in a retro style. The dining room has two large wooden dining tables, angled and benches and chairs for seating. The fireplace has a built body, exclusive of the room against smoke. The majority of the tavern is almost underground, making it warm and cozy during the cold winter days and cool in the hot days of summer. Entertainment is equipped with LCD satellite TV and room - with TV and DVD system.
The yard of the "Pavlovi Home" is on different levels, fully grassed and spacious , convenient for playing mini football and parking cars. At night it is lit, and the barn, and storage areas for wood.
